TeamLeave ("Service") is a SaaS application provided by Distex that allows organizations and individuals to track annual leave, public holidays, and team availability.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the integrity of the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App are and will remain the exclusive property of Distex.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or generally available.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Distex be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
7. Accuracy of Calculations
The App provides leave calculations and automated accruals as a convenience for planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy based on common global standards, leave laws vary significantly by jurisdiction and are subject to change. The Service does not provide legal, HR, or compliance advice. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their leave policies and usage comply with local labor laws. We recommend consulting with a qualified legal or HR professional to verify your specific requirements.
8. Subscriptions
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
